Grace is not a concept neither is it an era/dispensation. Its a revelation that reaches deeper.
Grace is not an escape ticket from sin, a kind of unmerited favour.
Grace is a person,the divine influence on the human spirit that is revealed as we fellowship with the Word.
Contrary to popular teaching grace is not a medium,to propagate sin/short comings. Grace doesn’t condemn you or condole sin!
The more you fellowship with the Word,the more grace finds full expression in you. He reveals your weakness while showing you the model in the Word.
The “license to kill” concept of grace paraded by some teachings in recent times are not only delusive but contrary to what Christ and the Cross represent. How can the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus rejoice in anything less!
Our personality and nomenclature have been changed. Grace is the best thing to have ever happened to us bestowing upon us all the goods of the new creation!
If it spices your appetite for sin am afraid that’s not grace. An unquenchable appetite for sin,that grace is questionable.
Grace works on you from inside making you a better person.
Finally see what Paul says in Acts 20:32,
“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”
